Hi, I’m Craig Berberich, CPA — born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, now happily calling Arvada, Colorado home since 2019!
My career began at a small university in Central-Illinois, Illinois Wesleyan University, and has taken me through various seasons to get me here; four years in public accounting, two years in M&A consulting, two years in revenue accounting, and most recently serving as Controller for a multi-national manufacturing company. Along the journey, as a side project I began moonlighting as accounting/finance for small businesses, helping them bring clarity to their numbers.
It was while working with a Colorado manufacturer (~$1M revenue) that I saw a common challenge: owners often ran their businesses successfully on instinct, but when it came to inventory management, pricing, margins, and financial analysis, they lacked the financial visibility to make confident decisions.
That realization led me to start CRB Accounting & Advisory. My firms goal is to give manufacturing and distribution businesses the expertise of a seasoned CPA—without the overhead of a full-time hire. As a Fractional Controller, I help clients unlock better monthly reporting, cash flow management, and most importantly, inventory and margin insights to drive growth.
